I have a busy day ahead of me . . . firearms qualification and then more than my share of paperwork to get done before the holiday tomorrow.
I don't look forward to shooting like some of my co-workers though. I don't even own a personal weapon and I only shoot during our quarterly qualifications. And even then I only shoot one round for my score (I do practice drills with the group during training just not right before we shoot to qualify).
All the others shoot a practice round first, but my feeling is you won't get to practice before a "real" shooting incident so why practice before you shoot for score? The amazing thing is I am one of the best shots we have . . .
