It just won't die . . .

Tennessee Governor Phil Bredesen has breathed life back into TennCare despite his promise to either reform or do away with this horribly inefficient program. The program, which is a substitute for Medicare, is rife with fraud, waste and abuse and is draining the coffers of an already strapped Tennessee State government.

TennCare, in case you didn't know, is sort of a pilot version of what Hillary had planned for us with her national healthcare system, which thankfully failed to win enough support to become 50 times the mess that TennCare is today.

Wanna bet she tries it again in 2008?
